Kaunas and Murcia

Spain is a very different from my country Lithuania, as well as my hometown Kaunas and current city Murcia. First of all, in Murcia climate stays  warm all year, while in Kaunas we have really cold winter and rainy autumn. Murcia also has a huge variety of nationalities, not the same as Kaunas, because almost all citizens are Lithuanians. Both cities have a very beautiful architecture, however, it's very different.

Mistakes that parents make in bringing up their children

Parents give us the main perception about life and promote our positive or negative habits. It is very essential, because some habits stay with us all life. Personally, I think that the way kids are educating and bringing up these days is kind of wrong. In my opinion, parents do a very serious mistake, when they let their children have whatever they want. For me it’s hard to understand why kids who still attend primary schools or even kindergartens have the newest computers or mobile phones. I think that it is very important to develop ability to feel happy about the small things and not to ask parents to buy some expensive toys or devices because other kids have it, or because it is very up to date.

Many young people do not know how to have a good time and share happiness with friends without smoking and drinking

Today young people start using alcohol way more often than their parents did and smoking is became more common. Some people can make findings that young people cannot have a good time without these two harmful habits, but still there are some, who think the opposite. 

First of all, we can see that the situation is getting better and young people do other activities besides going at the bars or discos and using alcohol. For example, sports and healthy lifestyle become more and more important and many people find it very beneficial.

Secondly, a big part of young people understand a very harmful effects caused by an alcohol and chose to spend their spare time on more significant things like studying, travelling, reading books, watching movies or just hanging out with friends.

On the other hand, clubbing culture had made a really negative impact to society. It is like people can’t go to bars or discos without using alcohol. What is more, youngsters are strongly influenced by their friends. There are plenty people who started smoking or drinking because they wanted to look cool in front of their friends or were influenced by them.

So if we want to prevent young people from smoking and drinking we should make them know how bad it is and what consequences it can cause. Schools and universities also should be a part of it and organize some programmes promoting healthy lifestyle. And also, mass media should reduce the amount of alcohol and cigarettes commercials.

In conclusion, I would like to say that young people have to resist these temptations and they need to be more determined and do not accept the bad influence which come from their friends.

Selling drugs should not be accepted

Drugs were always harmful for people's health since it were invented. Nowadays, drug dealers sell it in the streets, clubs, bars and other public places, so it became very easy to get drugs. In my opinion, it should be suspended, because most of people get addiction from the first time and find it very hard to quit. Therefore, drugs ruin young people lives and do not let them follow their dreams.
